Jefferson Pierce (Cress Williams) and his family return to the small screen this fall! The trailer focuses on the fractured nature of the Pierce family thanks to Agent Odell. We find Jefferson Pierce (Cress Williams) like never before, in the hands of the ASA with his wife Lynn (Christine Adams) as Agent Odell (guest star Bill Duke) tightens his grip on the Pierce family, leaving Jennifer (China Ann McClain) abandoned and Freeland without Black Lightning and Thunder. Where the Crimson Dynamo runs around in a knock off version of Iron Man’s suit, Doctor Doom has his own powerful gear that isn’t getting taken down by an electrical blast. Like Crimson Dynamo, Black Lightning could try using his powers to short out Doctor Doom’s armor but no one would recommend it. He’s Doctor Doom, after all.
